säteilytettäväksi halukas työvoima alkaa Japanissa loppumaan kun sallitut annosrajat tulevat  vastaan...nyt tarvitaan "luovia "ratkaisuja homman hoitamiseen ja tuo annosmittarin lyijyvuoraus oli jo yksi niistä.Seuraavien vuosikymmenten kuluessa niitä tarvitaan lisää.
